This rules. I used to leave notes to my wife, and now my daughter. Nothing as fancy as your husband's art, but now I'm being more artsy. The content of these notes makes them precious.
I love this one! The two things I miss the most about being pregnant or having a little one are the baby kicks and nursing. Those are things you will never get back and they were such personal times with my little ones.
