I'm pretty sure Scout is the only indoor cat in all of Portland. Which means we have lots of kitties roaming in our yard on any given day. This fattie, who we've nicknamed "Shadow Cat" has been spending time on our porch lately. It's driving Scout nuts!

My cat stays inside, too. Particularly good this summer when apparently a coyote has been roaming our side of town.

Since Scout can't leave the house she should get a pen pal, or the modern equivalent (facebook, or twitter?). I'd offer our two indoor cats, but Chloe isn't smart enough, and I think Osbourne is just too uppity (I blame Nayoung!).
We have the same situation. We keep ours inside. Plus we have a neighborhood fatty cat who roams and tries to get under our deck and kill the baby rabbits. It's not uncommon for me to catch him when I get up at 5AM and have to hiss him away.
