BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!!! Because I've also been chained to the computer making a sketchbook for Chris to sell at comic conventions this summer, I'll also give our lucky winner a copy of that!
IS THAT NOT ENOUGH FOR YOU PEOPLE? Good! Because there's one more twist, Chris is doing the same giveaway contest on his blog so you may enter once here and once there! THAT DOUBLES YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING! ARE WE AWESOME OR WHAT?!?
Okay, okay. You get it. Now what do you have to do to win?
Simple. All you have to do is leave a comment to this post saying someting nice about someone you love. It can be something nice about a parent, spouse, partner, sibling, child, significant other, friend, pet, etc. I don't care, just show someone who means something to you some love. 'Cause Lunchnotes is all about the love!
Winner will be chosen by a random number generator. You may only enter ONCE on this blog. You have until 11:59 p.m. on Friday, June 12th to enter. Winner will be announced on Monday, June 15th. Good luck and thanks for your support of Lunchnotes!

I have been married for over 10 years and even though times can be rough, I come home because I know she's on the other side of the door....and she puts up with my comic addiction. ;)
-Eric!
What can I say about my wife that's nice? Oy, where to start!
She puts up with my crap, for one. She reads comics and thinks it's a good thing for me to take time off to go to conventions (why does she want me out of the house? hmmmm).
I love her with all my heart and couldn't be happier. She handles all of the hard work (like finances) and keeps the house beautiful. Which isn't difficult since it'll always looks better with her in it.
And she and I love Lunchnotes! I hope it'll be available at Windy City because I'll be buying 'em.
I have the best kid in the world and not because I want to win!
This is a cool idea, Laura and I'm so glad that Chris decided to get into the whole convention "print and sketchboook" thing. The cover (on his blog) looks great by the way. I can't wait to see the content inside!!
Enjoy the rest of your week. See you in Charlotte!!!
My wife : She is my smiling face in the morning and a kind word in the evening. I would be lost without her.
I have to proclaim my love for Chippy(he is our cat).He is awesome.
Those covers look Great...The Spoon train on Volume 3 is priceless.Make sure you have these at Heroes-Con,ok!
When I come home from work and my daughter yells, "DADDY!" and gives me a hug, it's the best part of any day I could ever have :)
I love my brother Larry. Not only his he my brother, he's one of the funniest, intelligent, caring, and talented guys I've ever known.
I don't know what I would have done over the last year of hard times without his support and encouragement.
I gotta go with my sister, Juliette. She's always got my back and she's 50 percent responsible for making me an uncle which I love being.
My wife does more than she should to keep the world turning. I appreciate it every time.
I have to go with my wife. She brings a smile to my face every day, even when we're apart.
My best pal Christopher is someone who plays the role of both hero and support for me..... along with innumerable moments of hysterical joy and laughter....
My wife is one of the smartest, cutest, and most talented people I know.
I am the first to say that my girlfriend Laura is the best thing that could have happened to me.
I don't know where I'd be without her. When we met I was up to my eyeballs in debt, floundering around with no drive to finish my college degree, working at a dead end job.
Over the three-plus years we've been together, she's been my motivation to pay down my debt (I only owe about $200 now!), finish my degree (it took me 7 years, but I'm a college grad), and get a good job (I work for the government using my communications degree).
My old goals of straightening myself out have given way to new goals, such as saving money so we can buy a house together and so that I can hopefully propose in the upcoming year.
I wouldn't be where I am without Laura in my life, and I'm happy to have an opportunity to tell someone about her.
Laura, I'm thrilled to see that you've begun to compile these little gems. They may very well be Chris' best work.
Like so many others on today's posting, I've got to salute my wife, Rachel, the best mother and friend anyone could hope for. She continues to astonish me with her grace, beauty, and compassion. Lunchnotes are a guilty pleasure for us both. Thanks, Samnees and...Love ya, Rach!
I love my Mom and I tell her every single time I talk to her.
My wife is truly the best thing that's ever happened to me. Nobody can pull me out of a foul mood quicker, and her smile and laugh are contagious!
My wife and I have been married for 29 years on the 28th of this month. We started dating in Junior High and on and off in high school. She makes me [and our sons] better men.
I'm blessed with many supportive loving people around me such as my wife, kids, mom, and stepdad - that being said, the person who is on my mind right now is my grandmother, as she has been ill and losing a lot of weight recently. She helped raise me when my mom struggled through single motherhood and helped instill a lot of old fashioned sensibilities that probably wouldn't be there otherwise. I want to do what I can to make more memories with her now so I have those, rather than regrets, to hold onto when she has moved on.
I love my twin brother, even though he's stupid and moved really far away :-)
Well, a lot of people have said their wives, but I'm going to use the same answer. We've only been married for a little under 2 years, but we've known each other for 5 years and we spend a lot of our time together. A lot of people get sick of each other, but trying to become a writer in a field that doesn't really like new writers is tough. But she puts up with the good and bad of it. When I have a down day, she pushes me not to give up. When I have a good day, she keeps me centered.
So most certainly, I love my wife. She keeps me sane.
I think the world of my nephew, Joshua! Josh is 7 years old and so much fun. My sister and him lived with me for 3 years and I really miss seeing him all the time like I did then! The time we get to spend together is always special and fun!
Uncle Shane Loves you Josh!
My wife is awesome, I'm so glad she takes care of our bank books and makes sure all the bills are paid on time, she's so organized!
Today is my wife's birthday. We're going out to dinner with our two kids and my brother. I love all of them very much, but especially the birthday girl, who is my best friend and more. She rocks.
To my wonderful, crazy weiner dog - Charlotte, she makes me smile everytime she looks at me with her big, expressive eyes! I think she lives for me, and whenever I leave for extended time she wines like a little sissy, ha ha. Don't worry Charlotte, I'll come back! I am so glad she's part of my life!
My hamster, Scott Pilgrim, is incredibly tempermental, but in his softer moments is one of the most charming and personality-filled hamsters I've ever met.
Also, my wife rules.
Anyone who's spoken to me or been around me when I'm calling home knows that I'm a HUGE Mama's boy. ("Un fils de maman" in French.) I don't know what I'd do without her. To this day, I still laugh when she uses all the pet names she had for me as a child; although I'm now 22, she uses them frequently. Also, my brother (whom many of you may know as Dr. Fantastic) is totally bitchin'. There are so many subjects that I share only with him. Love ya, bro.
...for H. maybe my biggest regret in life...i miss her like a sneaker misses it's shoelace.
It has to be about my wife, Stephanie.
I love her more than anything.
That's it.

I love my wife, Debbie. I couldn't have asked for a better partner.
I love my girlfirend of 4 years so much and one of the best things that makes her so amazing is that she has not only embrace my love for comics, she has also become an fangirl herself.
she is amazing and i cant wait for the day to be her husband.
My best friend Erik. 20+ years through thick and thin, rough and smooth.
My wife is the most wonderful person I know and I'm going to miss her incredibly while she's traveling this summer
My baby sister and I have a complicated relationship. We're really close in age so we know each other devastatingly well, and over the years we've gone back and forth from cautiously friendly to momentarily close to silent.
She can be selfish and jealous and I know she brings out the worst in me too, but I'm glad that even when I'm not sure I like her, I love her.
Fiercely.
And I'd fight an army to protect her. Maybe even to keep her from being sad.
Thanks everyone for your wonderful comments! Contest is now closed!
